What is Kaikai?
We built Kaikai because the trip kept getting postponed.
Kaikai was built from a single observation: the women around us had the desire to travel, the income for it, the friends to do it with — and still no trip on the calendar. The bottleneck wasn’t money. It wasn’t even time. It was the planning.
So we made it our job. Gaborone-based, Southern Africa-specialised. We work the region we live in. We recommend only what we trust — the lodge we’ve slept at, the guide we’d send our sister to, the chef we keep going back to.
Kaikai isn’t a booking platform. It’s a person on WhatsApp who already knows the answer to the question you were about to ask.
