This policy explains how bookings and services purchased through https://kaikai.africa ("Kaikai Travel") are delivered to you.
As a travel booking platform, our "delivery" refers to the provision of confirmed travel arrangements and documentation to you after purchase. This includes:

We deliver documentation to the contact information you provide at booking. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details. Please verify all information before completing your booking.

As a digital-first platform, we do not routinely issue physical documents. Physical documentation (printed vouchers, brochures) may be requested for an additional fee by contacting our support team at least 14 days before travel.
